A callback (call-back) is an arbitrage method of making phone calls via a 3rd party to lower costs. It was very popular for making low cost international calls

Can someone else access my account?

No. Your account information is private and personal to you only. Keep your used ID/password to yourself.

What if I forgot my password ?

If you forgot or lost your password, you can get a new one easy. Press the "Forgot Password?" link. The password will be emailed to your provided email.

How do i add credit to my account?

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use or register for the services provided on the website. In consideration of use of our Services, you agree to:

Do I need to change my phone company or network provider?

No. Keep your phone company for your local calls but you may cancel you international plan as Icallcheap provides cheaper rate for you.
